Household is the default for a couple. Any of these needs means Family Office.

Reporting is the start. This is how the family actually runs.

Two capabilities sit under every number: a live map of who owns what, and a vault for the documents and contacts that used to live in one person’s head.

See wealth laid out visually, with live values. Household Edition is the couple’s map. Family Office Edition lets every member follow how value flows through people, trusts, and entities — and where it sits today.

Profits interest, from estimate to final allocation.

One of the reasons families choose Family Office Edition. Keep a running estimate during the year. At year end, reconcile it against the tax forms and hand the accountant a frozen package.

During the year

Running estimate

Model the annual profits interest before the final forms arrive. Preview the estimated allocation as the year unfolds.

At year end

Tax-form reconciliation

True up the estimate against 1099s and partnership K-1s, then freeze an immutable allocation package for the accountant.

Trussdee organizes estimates, statement inputs, and reconciliation evidence. Your tax professional remains responsible for tax positions and filings.

Assets and liabilities

Everything the family owns and owes, in one model.

Bank to brokerage, real estate to aircraft, credit lines to capital calls. Where an institution can connect, Trussdee keeps values live.

Questions

Before you choose.

Short answers to the first questions households and family offices ask.

Who is Household Edition for?

Anyone with growing or substantial wealth who wants one place for accounts, net worth, and performance — before that wealth is split across generations or kids. It is built for you and a spouse, not a multi-generation family office.

When should we choose Family Office Edition?

As soon as more than two people need access, or you start adding trusts and other entities that children or relatives should be able to see. Family Office includes unlimited member portals, private personal financials, combined family metrics, the ownership map for every member, a document vault, and the profits-interest tool.

What is the ownership map?

It lays the family’s wealth out visually, with live values. Household Edition shows the couple their structure. Family Office Edition lets every member see how wealth flows through people, trusts, and entities — and where it sits right now.

What documents can we store?

Family Office Edition includes secure document storage for people and entities. Healthcare directives, current wills and trusts, articles of incorporation, and operating agreements live with the record they belong to. Each entity can list key people so anyone in the family knows who to contact — without all that information sitting in one person’s head.

What is the profits-interest tool?

It is the headline Family Office workflow. During the year it keeps a running estimate of the allocation. At year end you reconcile that estimate against 1099s and partnership K-1s, then freeze an accountant-ready package. Trussdee organizes the numbers; your tax professional remains responsible for tax positions and filings.

Can family members keep some finances private?

Yes, on Family Office Edition. Each person can upload their own accounts and keep them private, while still seeing total net worth and performance with family metrics and theirs combined.

Can we start on Household and upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Household while the workspace is just you and a spouse. When you add trusts for the children and want them to have a view, upgrade to Family Office. The household is the starting point; the family office is the structure that outgrows two seats.

How does billing work?

Household is $50 a month billed annually, or $55 billed monthly. Family Office is $1,000 a month billed annually, or $1,100 billed monthly. Annual billing is the default because it is the lower rate. Prices are in USD. In the United States and Canada, applicable taxes are added at checkout. In all other countries, the listed price includes tax.
